My own build: 88kg to 96kg

I took myself from 88kg to 96kg over ten months, building muscle and strength with the same method I use with every client.

01

Assess — the starting point

Before I ask anyone to trust the method, I run it on myself. At 88kg the goal was a deliberate build: more muscle and more strength, with no shortcuts.

02

Build — what we did

Ten months of progressive strength training, real food eaten to fuel it rather than restrict it, and recovery treated as part of the programme.

The same Assess, Build, Perform structure every client follows. No special version for me.

03

Perform — the result

88kg to 96kg over ten months. 8kg heavier, stronger in and out of the gym, and in visibly better shape.

It’s the standard I hold myself to: the method is only worth selling if it works on the person selling it.

The best project you’ll ever work on is you.
