110kg to 93kg in six months
Josh went from 110kg to 93kg in six months: 17kg off at roughly 0.65kg a week, trading a soft midsection for a lean, visibly muscular build.

Assess — the starting point
Josh started at 110kg, with most of the excess sitting around his middle. The goal was to lose it properly: steadily, without giving up the strength he already had.
Build — what we did
Six months of structured strength training kept heavy enough to hold on to muscle, with nutrition set up for a steady deficit rather than a crash.
The pace was deliberate: roughly two-thirds of a kilo a week, slow enough to keep training hard the whole way through.
Perform — the result
110kg to 93kg. 17kg off in six months, averaging about 0.65kg a week.
The scale only tells part of it. The after photo shows what the number cannot: a lean waist and visible abs, with the muscle kept.
100% natural.
This result came from training, nutrition and recovery — nothing else.
Client feedback
In their words
Nathan’s great, I’ve been training with him for around 10 months but known him longer since I used to train prior to that. I found it hard getting back into the gym and into routine, but Nathan’s helped massively
