01

Assess — the starting point

Habeeb came in at 85.4kg, having drifted up to a peak of 88.35kg. He wanted a proper cut — not a two-week panic, and not at the cost of the strength he had built.

02

Build — what we did

A four-month cut run at about a kilo a week, with strength training kept heavy enough to protect muscle and nutrition set up so the deficit was boring rather than brutal.

Sleep and recovery were treated as part of the programme, not an afterthought. That is usually the difference between a cut you finish and one you abandon.

03

Perform — the result

85.40kg to 74.42kg. 10.98kg off in four months, averaging 1.00kg a week — the top of the range the NHS considers sustainable, and no higher.

He came out of it still lifting, which is the part most four-month cuts get wrong.

100% natural.

This result came from training, nutrition and recovery — nothing else.

Client feedback

In their words

I’ve been training with Nathan for over a year and I’ve lost a considerable amount of fat whilst simultaneously gaining muscle and strength. An immense amount of knowledge of fitness and health. Can’t recommend anyone better
