1:1 Personal Training

Personal training with Rudman Coaching is just that! A personal, individualised approach to your fitness, health and wellbeing. Whether it's the whole gym experience or an at home solution; we have something for everyone.

Our option for in person gym experience is at Kings Cliffe in the Active Performance Gym. You can opt for 1 session or save money by opting for a programme. We focus on developing positive habits to make exercise part of your life making it easy to improve your fitness and reach your goals.

Reverse Aging

Don't let a number define you. We believe that the correct exercise and the right diet can literally turn back the clock on your health and fitness. if you want to take up a new sport or take on a new challenge then we can help you prepare.

Making small changes and keeping moving is the key to success. With Rudman Coaching you can have a personal trainer who will help you set exercise regimes and meal plans to enable you to meet your goals.

Online Personal Training

If you wish for a truly flexible approach to your fitness journey then we have an online app which we can tailor to your individual needs. After the initial assessment we will monitor your progress closely with a weekly check in on line. Get the most out of your existing gym membership, or exercise at home. You can continue your path to fitness where ever you are in the world!
